Starters

Parsnip and apple soup.
Smooth pâté of chicken livers, bramley apple chutney, crusty toast.
Prawn cocktail, lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, cocktail sauce.
Double baked Lancashire cheese soufflé, berry jam, green salad.

Mains

Roast turkey breast, pigs in blankets, roast potatoes, cranberry sauce, gravy.
Poached fillet of cod, leeks, new potatoes, parsley sauce, fine beans.
Spinach and ricotta tart, roasted cherry tomatoes, balsamic dressing, gratin potatoes.
Slow cooked shoulder of lamb, parsley mash, roasted vegetables, rosemary braising juices.

Crème brûlée with biscuits.
