Pea and ham soup, crispy croutons.

Chicken terrine, sweet onion chutney,
balsamic dressing.

Greens prawn cocktail, cocktail sauce.

Double baked Lancashire cheese soufflé, apple and raspberry salad.

 

Mains

Roast turkey breast, pigs in blankets, roast potatoes,
buttered vegetables, gravy.

Poached fillet of salmon, peas, carrots, new potatoes,
parsley sauce.

Crispy coated vegetable cakes, fine beans, lemon
butter, fat chips.

Slow cooked shoulder of lamb, parsley mash, roasted vegetables,  rosemary braising juices.

 

Sweets

Crème brûlée with biscuits.

Sticky toffee pudding, toffee sauce, vanilla ice cream.

Warm chocolate brownie, after eights ice cream.
